Renewal Options

You now have the flexibility to choose how you want to manage renewals. To manage renewal options, click on the Change/Cancel link in the patient’s membership details.

You’ll be presented with a window with various renewal options.

Choose when to be Notified

When memberships are not on auto-renew, you can choose when to be notified when a membership is up for renewal.

You can find this setting by clicking on the name in the top right corner of Crown:
Settings > Memberships

Payment Page

Custom Field

Customize a field on your payment form that will help collect specific information to identify better who or what the payment is for. You have the ability to control the field title, a field description, and if the field should be required.

Auto Association

You can now choose to turn off auto-association. Turning this off will require you to manually match all incoming payment page payments to a patient.

You can find these settings by clicking on the name in the top right corner of Crown:
Settings > Payment Page
