Please Note: Upgrading the plugin should only be done if you’re planning on upgrading Open Dental to version 20.5 or later. The following steps must be completed before upgrading Open Dental.
To update the Moolah payment plugin for Open Dental, please follow the steps below:
1. Open up a payment window in Open Dental.
2. Click on the highlighted version number in the bottom right corner. If you’re not seeing a clickable version number, please close down Open Dental completely and reopen a payment window again.
3. You’ll be presented with a message to update.
4. Close down Open Dental completely.
5. Launch Open Dental. To verify you’ve upgraded successfully, please open up a payment window and confirm the version is displaying 2.3.2.1.
